Loving the feeling...
Hi,
So today, after a very long time I went inside my kitchen to cook. Since I was young I have always loved cooking and always found it to be therapeutic.
Whenever I was feeling stressed, there were 2 things that I always did. One was eating a lot of desserts (especially red velvet cake or chocolate pastry) or I cooked.
So today I am feeling so light and happy and started wondering why I did not do it earlier. The answer I found was that I got so busy with my day to day activities ( going to office on weekdays and studying for my entrances for post graduations), that I forgot to take time out for myself.
I forgot how I felt like after cooking, how I felt after doing something I enjoy a lot. No feeling out there can beat this.
Sometimes in life, we get so busy doing things for others that we forget to take time out for ourself. So let's take some time out for ourself and live the life the way we should.
I promise that from now on I will take time out for myself. I hope you also do the same.
